We ship from Sweden, worldwide, tracked. Standard shipping is free on orders over $60. Everything below is in US dollars, the same as the rest of the site.

Transit times are what the carrier usually achieves, counted from despatch rather than from the order. They are not guarantees, and customs can add days we have no control over.
Despatch
Orders placed before 13:00 CET on a working day are normally despatched the same day, otherwise the next. You get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves us. If we cannot despatch within thirty days of your order and have not agreed otherwise with you, you may cancel and be refunded in full.
Duties and import taxes
Prices include Swedish moms at 25%. Orders leaving the EU may attract duties or import taxes in the destination country. Those are charged by that country to you, we cannot calculate or prepay them, and they are not part of our price. If a parcel is refused at customs and comes back to us, we refund the goods but not the outbound shipping.
How the packaging works
Everything arrives in a card box with the piece held in a paper sleeve. Jewellery worn in a piercing arrives in an additional sealed pouch — that seal is what the return exception hangs on, so please do not break it until you are sure.
Pieces with a magnetic clasp arrive with a printed card carrying the same pacemaker notice you see on the product page and at checkout. It is in the box because the person opening it is not always the person who ordered it.
Returns: changing your mind
Fourteen days from the day after delivery, no reason needed. The full procedure, the official withdrawal form and the sealed-jewellery exception are on ångerrätt. In short:
- Tell us within fourteen days, then send the piece within fourteen days of telling us.
- Return postage is yours. We refund the goods and the standard outbound shipping.
- Trying a piece on is never a reason for us to refuse the return.
- Sealed piercing jewellery cannot come back once the seal is broken.
Returns: something is wrong with the piece
That is a different right and a longer one — three years, with the burden of proof on us for the first two. Return postage on a valid claim is ours. See reklamation, which also sets out where we draw the line between a fault, ordinary wear, and metal behaving the way that metal behaves.

Use a tracked service. Until a parcel reaches us it is still your property, and a lost untracked return is difficult for either of us to resolve.
Refund timing
We refund within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal. Where a piece is coming back to us we may wait until it arrives, or until you show it was sent, whichever happens first. Money goes back to the method you paid with.
